These terms cover orders placed with TOXICOTRIBE, whether through this website, WhatsApp or directly with our office.
Prices and quotes
Catalogue items are sold at the price shown and charged in Pakistani rupees. Custom kits, bulk orders and every order shipping outside Pakistan are quoted individually — the price depends on the garment, the fabric, the quantity, the artwork and the destination.
Custom orders: the 50 % advance
A custom kit is made only for you, so production does not begin until 50 % of the total is paid in advance and that payment is confirmed by us. The balance is due before dispatch. We will confirm both in writing.
Your design, and approving it
You can choose a design from the TOXICOTRIBE design library or send us your own artwork — both are welcome, and you can combine them, for example our jersey design with your sponsor’s logo on it.
Before anything is produced, we send you your design for confirmation, including the names and numbers exactly as they will be printed.
Once you confirm that design, it cannot be changed. The design, the names and the numbers go straight to print, so a change after approval means starting the garment again. Please check every name and every number before you confirm.
Delivery
Delivery inside Pakistan takes 3 to 5 business days once your order is dispatched. Shipping costs and the position on international orders are set out on the shipping page.
Returns
Only damaged items can be returned, and customized orders cannot be returned at all. The returns page explains why and what to do.
Artwork you send us
When you send us artwork, a crest or a logo, you confirm that you are entitled to have it produced. We use it only to make your order.
