This policy explains what TOXICOTRIBE collects when you use this website or place an order, and what we do with it. It covers toxicotribe.com and orders placed with us directly.
What we collect, and why
- Your name, delivery address and phone number — so we can make and deliver your order, and so the courier can reach you.
- Your email address — for order confirmations, quotes and replies to your enquiries.
- Artwork, logos and design details you upload, including team names, player names and numbers — so we can produce your kit and send you the design for confirmation before it is printed.
- Cookies and similar browser storage — to keep your cart and your session working, to remember a wishlist if you are not signed in, and to remember which currency you chose to view prices in.
We use this information to fulfil your order and to verify your design with you. We do not sell it.
Payment information
We do not take card payments on this website and we never see or store card numbers. Orders are paid cash on delivery, or by bank transfer or JazzCash — for those you send the payment yourself and share the confirmation with us.
Who else handles your information
- Our hosting provider stores the website and its database on our behalf.
- The courier delivering your order receives your name, address and phone number — it cannot be delivered otherwise.
- An exchange-rate service is called by your browser to show approximate prices in your own currency. It receives no information about you or your order.
Nobody else receives your information unless the law requires it.
The mailing list
You only join it if you enter your email in the signup form. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.
How long we keep it
Order and quote records are kept for as long as we need them to support the order and to keep proper business records. Artwork you send us is kept so that a repeat order can be produced to match the first one — tell us if you would rather we deleted it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will deal with it. Note that we cannot delete information we are required to keep as a business record, and that deleting your artwork means we cannot reproduce a past order.
