Ordering kits for a whole team is smoother when the details are ready. Use this checklist to gather everything before you contact a manufacturer, and you will save days of back-and-forth.
1. Decide what you need
List the garments: match jerseys, training tops, hoodies, trousers or tracksuits. Decide whether goalkeepers, captains or staff need different designs.
2. Collect your artwork
Gather your logo in the best quality you have (vector files such as AI, SVG or PDF are ideal), sponsor logos and any colour codes. If you do not have a design, describe it and our team can create one. See our esports jersey guide for ideas that also work for other sports.
3. Prepare the player list
Write each player’s name, number and size in a simple table. Double-check spelling because mistakes are hard to fix after printing.
4. Measure your players
Ask each player to measure their chest and length, or a favourite shirt. Match the numbers with the size chart. Include a few spare sizes if you expect to add players.
5. Approve the artwork
You will see the design on the garment shape before production begins. Check colours, spelling, number placement and logo positions, then confirm in writing so everyone is working from the same version.
6. Confirm payment and delivery
We accept cash on delivery and bank transfer. For bank transfers, send the payment screenshot on WhatsApp so we can confirm your order. Share a delivery address and phone number that will be reachable.
7. Ask about quantities and timing
Quantities and delivery time depend on the design and garment, so ask us for a quote when you send the brief. Send everything through the contact page or WhatsApp and we will reply with the next steps.
