Every custom jersey, hoodie or tracksuit starts as a simple idea: a team name, a colour palette, a logo someone sketched on a notebook. At ToxicoTribe, a custom clothing brand and sportswear manufacturer based in Gulberg II, Lahore, turning that idea into a garment you can wear follows a clear, repeatable process. Here is how it works, step by step.
1. The design brief
Everything begins with a conversation. We ask what the garment is for (a cricket team, an esports squad, a gym, a clothing label), which colours and logos you want, and which sizes you need. The more detail you share, the closer the first design will be to what you imagined. You can contact us with a rough sketch, a reference picture or just a description.
2. Artwork and approval
Our designers turn the brief into digital artwork and place it on the actual garment shape: front, back, sleeves and collar. You see how the design looks as a finished piece and can ask for changes to colours, fonts, names or numbers. Nothing is produced until you approve the artwork, which keeps surprises out of the process.
3. Printing the design
Sportswear is usually decorated with sublimation printing, where the artwork is printed onto transfer paper and then fused into the fabric with heat and pressure. Because the ink becomes part of the fibres, the design does not crack, peel or fade the way a sticker-style print can.
4. Cutting and stitching
The printed fabric is cut into panels, then stitched into the finished garment. Seams on sportswear take a lot of stress from stretching and movement, so stitching quality matters as much as the print. Collars, cuffs and hems are finished to stay flat and keep their shape after repeated washing.
5. Quality check
Before anything is packed, each piece is inspected for print alignment, colour consistency, stitching and size. Names and numbers are checked against your order list so the right jersey reaches the right player.
6. Packing and delivery
Finished garments are folded, packed and delivered to your address. You can pay by cash on delivery or bank transfer, and we are always on WhatsApp if you have a question about your order.
Why a manufacturer makes a difference
Working directly with a manufacturer means fewer middlemen, faster answers and more control over the result. If you already know what you want, browse the ToxicoTribe shop. If you have a custom project in mind, check your measurements with our size chart and send us your brief.
