About us

toxicotribe.com is operated by ToxicoTribe, a custom clothing brand and sportswear manufacturer based in Lahore, Pakistan.

Orders

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, pricing is wrong or we cannot verify the details. An order is confirmed when we contact you or dispatch it.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept Cash on Delivery and bank transfer. For bank transfer, your order is processed once payment has cleared in our account.

Custom orders

For custom products you are responsible for checking names, numbers, spelling, sizes and artwork before approving them. You confirm that you have the right to use any logos or artwork you send us. We may decline designs that infringe someone else’s rights or are unlawful or offensive. Custom items are made specially for you and are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy.

Product colours and sizing

Colours may look slightly different on different screens. Please check the size information before you order.

Intellectual property

The ToxicoTribe name, logo, designs and website content belong to us and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to your order.
