Where we deliver

We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Processing time

Ready-made items are usually dispatched within a few working days of your order being confirmed. Custom and bulk orders take longer because they are made to order; we will confirm the expected production time with you before you pay.

Delivery time and charges

Delivery usually takes a few working days after dispatch, depending on your city. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Payment before dispatch

For Cash on Delivery orders, you pay the courier when your order arrives. For bank transfer orders, please use your Order ID as the payment reference and share the payment screenshot on WhatsApp at 03288186601. We dispatch once the funds have cleared in our account.

Tracking

We will share your courier tracking details by phone, WhatsApp or email once your order is on its way.

Problems with delivery

If your parcel is delayed, damaged or missing, contact us as soon as possible and we will work with the courier to fix it.
